Monthly Microlots

We decided to do microlots because Indian coffee is simply far too diverse and heterogenous to standardise a roast and call it a day! Also, because we work directly with so many smallholder producers, we end up with beautiful but very small lots of coffee. For e.g. in 2018, 134 women in BR Hills harvested, hand-pulped and segregated coffee for us. This became Microlot 8! In 2022, our Microlot calendar is lit! Our producer partners have done unique local ferments. These coffees have found their way into an exciting array of Microlots!

Microlot 27 | Wine-Barrel Aged Arabica

What used to be top-secret Roastery-level experiments have finally made their way to you! We have been experimenting with aging green coffee for some time now but we are finally happy with this version! This green coffee has been aged in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels for 185 days and then roasted to a toasty Medium. We have used a blend of Peaberries and Grade A Arabicas to build flavour layers.

We absolutely love this in its iced version.
