SERIES 02 | SEASONALITY

This microlot celebrates the seasonality in this unique landscape. The natural vegetation, including the trees above and the forest floor changes through the year. Unlike other areas of the Western Ghats, the wet and dry and hot and cold seasons are especially pronounced in BR Hills. This of course, has an effect on coffee beans too. Our ongoing research is trying to document this more clearly but in the mean time, have a taste yourselves!
