This is a small volume of a Vienna Roast (well into second crack) coffee with well developed and caramelised flavours. We roasted this at the Suprabhatam Coffee Works as an homage to one of the oldest roasters in North Bangalore. We like this coffee best as filter coffee – brewed with jaggery water and full fat A2 milk! Please order a medium-grind for bestest flavours!
